freebsd-sendpr software package provides FreeBSD fork of send-pr (from GNU GNATS), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freebsd-sendpr
freebsd-sendpr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freebsd-sendpr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freebsd-sendpr *
You will get with freebsd-sendpr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
